Access is restricted to authorised club representatives. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
4. Sizing Application Use
The application collects bulk sizing data for items such as, but not limited to;
Jerseys,
Shorts
Socks
Track suits
Polos &
Jackets.
Sizing data is indicative only and does not guarantee fit. Clubs, parents and players are responsible for verification.
ADVNTG Sports provides no uniform, performance or medical advice.
5. Minors and Parental Consent
ADVNTG Sports does not verify age and relies on clubs to obtain all parental or guardian consents.
Clubs warrant that all child data is lawfully collected and authorised.
6. Data Collected
Registered Player Name, Football Australia Number (FFA Number), Parent / Guardian email address, Parent / Guardian phone number and sizing information only.
No medical or health data is collected.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content is owned by or licensed to ADVNTG Sports. Supplier logos remain property of their owners.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADVNTG Sports is not liable for:
Incorrect sizing
Data entry errors
Failure of clubs to obtain consent
System interruptions
9. Indemnity
Clubs indemnify ADVNTG Sports from claims arising from:
Child data without consent
Incorrect sizing
Breach of these terms
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
